7 Years of Fabulous Events at Pure Consulting

Time flies when you’re having fun working at Pure, and Rachel our Events Director is approaching her 7 year mark!

To celebrate she has put together a list of her favourite events of each year……..

2010- Corporate Summer Party at Aqua

It being my first year at Pure, I was still getting used to the different types of events we manage and a popular venue we used frequently (and still do now) was Aqua Regent Street. Such a great venue to take over site wide for up to 800 people, this was a corporate clients summer party and was a real insight to the large parties Pure organises. With the terraces and amazing food Aqua is always perfect for this type of event and a really fun space to work with.

2011- CK One launch with Lara Stone at Shoreditch House

I remember this being one of the hottest days in July, we had managed to hire the roof top at Shoreditch House for this event as it was celebrity led. We had graffiti artists in to do workshops with guests and Lara Stone, being the face of the fragrance, came to the drinks party to meet and greet the press. This event was so far the biggest celebrity event I had worked on…..suffice to say i was very excited! There was obviously a lot more of that to follow!

2012- Law Firm dinner at the Royal Courts of Justice

This event always stands out for me as the venue is no longer used for events which is a shame as it is such a breathtaking & iconic space. The main space has so much wow factor, we held a dinner for 150 people on two long tables and it looked absolutely amazing. This is an annual event I organise every year and its great to always use different iconic spaces which have also grown in popularity throughout my time at Pure.

2013- Daft Punk launch at The Shard

We were the first event agency to place and manage an event at The View from The Shard when it opened and the event was the Sony Music Daft Punk album launch. It was wall-to-wall celebs at this party and it was such a great experience to be the first to do an event there. Logistically it took a while to get everything into place with it being a new building but was a huge success and we still use the venue now.

2014- Pharrell MasterCard gig

For a few years now we have been working on great events with MasterCard so there have been a lot of different & amazing artists but this one at the brand new Brooklyn Bowl really stands out for me. I love Pharrell and he is such a cool person to see live. The great thing about these gigs is they are intimate…. When else would you watch Pharrell in a room of only 400 guests?

2015- Sony Music Brits after Party at Sushi Samba

I love doing this event every year, there is such a good buzz around this event in London and we work with Sony Music on their Brits after party. The parties are always fabulous- cocktails, canapes, celebrities everywhere and I love a party with a good vibe. So the year we took this event to one of our favourite venues Sushi Samba was amazing. The food is always outstanding there & the views speak for themselves. A very cool space to host a very cool party.

2016- Retailer Christmas in July event

I work regularly with retail companies to help with venues for all of their press events and launches and I love doing these events as each one is completely different and transformed into a different space.

This large event for a retailer at One Embankment was a real wow – as the space was completely transformed into a Christmas wonderland with delights in every corner. I like to be able to work on a different variety of events and that’s definitely what we do here.

2017- Looking forward

With 2017 not yet over I have to say I am looking forward to organising a couple of events at some great iconic venues – Tate Britain and Banqueting House. That is one of the great things about organising events within London is the opportunity to organise events at some really iconic and unique spaces.

There are so many amazing events I could have mentioned here it was hard to narrow down…. Here’s to many more!
