A stunning venue, The Northumberland at Trafalgar Square in the heart of
London has been restored to its former glory and is set to open this month.
It consists of 2 main spaces, the Ballroom and the Old Billiards Room
beneath.
The Northumberland at Trafalgar Square is a Classical building originallybuilt in the 1880's as part of the Grand Hotel. The grand ballroom, a
palatial grade 2 listed room has been described by the English Heritage as
'the grandest example of a Victorian ballroom in existence'. Both this and
the billiards room underneath have remained unused since the 1940's until
this restoration.
The ballroom is located on the ground floor and can seat 450 on rounds for a
dinner and 350 for a dinner dance, the Billiards rooms is similar in size.
The total capacity of this venue is 1,100 guests standing. The
Northumberland at Trafalgar Square is perfect for award dinners, balls,
fashion shows and product launches.
