Max Factor Press Away Trip to The Wilderness

The client asked us to source a beautiful and boutique Hotel outside of London for a press trip. They needed to be able to accommodate a private dinner for 20 guests and have 20 guests bedrooms. The hotel needed to reflect the brands style.

We proposed a selection of venues to the client, all new hotels/luxury houses that would be suitable for the group. After site visits with the client the chosen space that would work best for all aspects of the event was The Wilderness, a collection of exclusive use country houses, luxury farmhouses, and holiday cottages to rent all set on a 5000 acre private estate.

The clients arrived at The Wilderness and were greeted with a BBQ lunch set in the Sibton Orangery. The afternoon featured make up master classes, we needed to ensure that there were suitable rooms for this to take place in with the correct natural lighting to showcase the make up. The guests had welcome drinks and private dinner in the walled garden kitchen and enjoyed their luxurious over night stay.

The next day the client wanted to do something different for guests before they left so we arranged for a private yoga class for them, the chance to use rowing boats finished with a picnic lunch by the lake.

“We were looking for a really unique space to take press for an overnight stay and once again Pure sourced an amazing space called Wilderness Reserve. The venue offered lots of different activities and we were able to create a bespoke activity and event schedule for our group which included tastings, yoga and picnics. We do look to Pure to inform us and recommend to us the most up to date, cool venues and this was another huge success for us.”
