There was a series of these fabulous events over 3 years. Each event had a different artist performing which meant each venue had to reflect this artists style and their requirements for this specific gig.
For Kylie Minogue we were asked to find a venue with catering that would work for a fun performance for up to 500 guests. The venue needed to have a main room large enough to accommodate a certain size of stage that the artist required and have green rooms and area’s for the meet and greets for VIP’s to take place. After several visits at different locations we felt Bloomsbury Ballroom was the perfect fit for this artist and we had seasoned events cater this event.
For the Pharrell Williams gig we needed to source a cool space that was also large enough for up to 500 guests and a large stage. We sourced Brooklyn Bowling at the o2 which was a brand-new space originating from New York. Having this event at the Iconic O2 meant guests were having a real London experience and the style of the space really reflected the artists personality. The catering was in house at the venue but we created a really fun bespoke menu that featured chicken skewers and pulled pork sliders.
For all of these events we were in charge of catering and furnishing all of the artists green rooms with their required rider’s, we managed the VIP meet and greets with the artists, we managed all catering aspects on the day and also managed the guest lists on the door, providing a full event management service.
